How you can Help :
Twelve people have stepped forward to remedy these acts. We have hired one of the best attorneys to “go to court”, just as the defendants told us. We have asked for no monetary damages in the lawsuit. The cost has been paid from our pockets and other donations from concerned members. We have asked the court to reimburse our attorney fees. Those may continue to increase as the suit progresses into discovery and depositions.
We ask you to help us. Allow us to use your name in the Petition we hope to present to the court at the first hearing. A long list of supporters may help the court to award relief.
How much is it worth to invest in transparent, proper government and government for the members?
We need help with the cost of legal fees to return ARBOR to a Board of recognition and pride.
Please help us with whatever you can. Many have contributed donations of $500 and up. May they be blessed.
To date, our fees approach $35,000.

Texas law states that a member may request to review the Books and Records of a non-profit corporation. We saw a substantial reduction of the Cash and Investments since 2020.
