Lawsuit

The lawsuit filed in 96th District Court is here.

We know several acts by the defendants, that were not transparent and hidden from most of the members:

Violations of ARBOR’s corporate bylaws; probably the most grievous act.

Refusal to comply with Texas law regarding the review of books and records.

Refusal to acknowledge the vote of the membership of October 10.

Refusal to follow the advice of the Board’s attorney to fix the Quorum issue.

Acceptance of campaign funds by Corey Harris without a campaign treasurer.

These are but a few of the known allegations. We may file a Second Amended Petition for the others not mentioned above

We have tried to avoid the legal solution. We offered  many ideas and solutions, time and again,  to fix some or all of these issues. Each offer was refused by the Defendants and CEO.
