We know several acts by the defendants, that were not transparent and hidden from most of the members:

• Violations of ARBOR’s corporate bylaws; probably the most grievous act.

• Refusal to comply with Texas law regarding the review of books and records.

• Refusal to acknowledge the vote of the membership of October 10.

• Refusal to follow the advice of the Board’s attorney to fix the Quorum issue.

• Acceptance of campaign funds by Corey Harris without a campaign treasurer.

These are but a few of the known allegations. We may file a Second Amended Petition for the others not mentioned above
